1. Atelier Overview & Legal Entity

Welcome to PM Couture ("Atelier", "we", "us", or "our"), operated under the legal entity SRG Creations, having its principal operational workshop and office at Siliguri & Kolkata, West Bengal, PIN: 734001, India.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic contract within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, entered into between PM Couture and any individual or entity ("Client", "you", or "user") accessing our website, purchasing our collections, or commissioning bespoke bridal couture.

2. User Eligibility & Account Security

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you access our platform on behalf of another person or commercial entity, you warrant that you hold legitimate authorization to bind them to these Terms.

When creating an account via email or Google Single Sign-On (SSO):

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information, particularly your mobile number and postal delivery pin code for secure logistics.
• You must notify our atelier immediately at support@pmcouture.in in case of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Couture Craftsmanship & Natural Handloom Variations

PM Couture takes immense pride in authentic Bengal heritage silks, hand-embroidered Zardozi, Aari needlework, and artisanal textiles crafted by master karigars (artisans).

Please note the following characteristics intrinsic to authentic luxury craft:

• Natural Variations: Hand-loomed silks, natural dyes, and hand-stitched beadwork inherently feature minute irregularities in weave, slubs, and motif symmetry. These are not manufacturing defects, but unique signatures of authentic handmade craft.
• Color Calibration: While our atelier photographs every ensemble under calibrated natural daylight studio lighting, subtle color variations may occur between actual fabric and screen displays across varied mobile OLED or desktop monitors.
• Care Instructions: All PM Couture garments are crafted from delicate natural fibers and must strictly be Dry Cleaned Only by professional couture specialists.

4. Pricing, Invoicing & GST Compliance

All product prices listed on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 and respective State/Integrated GST acts.

• Price Transparency: In full compliance with Rule 5(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, there are no hidden checkout surcharges. All applicable taxes and complimentary insured express shipping are clearly itemized before final payment confirmation.
• Payment Processing: Online payments are processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay). PM Couture never captures, views, or stores your confidential credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI MPINs.
• Official Tax Invoices: A digitally signed GST-compliant tax invoice is provided with every order upon dispatch and remains accessible at any time inside your customer dashboard.

5. Bespoke Bridal & Made-to-Measure Terms

When you commission a custom bridal lehenga, bespoke sherwani, or made-to-measure couture:

• Client Measurements: You may submit measurements online or book a virtual video consultation with our head stylist. You are responsible for ensuring accurate measurement inputs.
• Lead Times: Bespoke creations require between three (3) to five (5) weeks of master artisan handcrafting (depending on embroidery complexity). An estimated delivery date will be confirmed by your dedicated bridal concierge upon order placement.
• Alteration Guarantee: Because customized garments are hand-tailored to individual measurements, they are non-refundable for cash. However, every bespoke piece is backed by our Complimentary Atelier Fitting Guarantee: our atelier provides one round of complimentary alteration adjustments within ten (10) days of doorstep delivery.

6. Order Placement, Verification & Acceptance

Upon placing an order on our platform, you will receive an immediate electronic order confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation signifies receipt of your order request, but our formal acceptance occurs when your order is packed and assigned an official tracking consignment number via our logistics partner (Shiprocket).

PM Couture reserves the right to decline or cancel orders prior to dispatch in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Unavailability of rare vintage textile or artisanal fabric stock;
• Inability to obtain payment authorization or detection of fraudulent transactions by automated risk detection engines;
• Unserviceable pin code delivery location not covered by insured logistics transit networks.

In the event of an order cancellation initiated by PM Couture, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment source within 48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property & Design Copyright

All content displayed on this website—including garment silhouette designs, embroidery sketches, textile patterns, editorial photography, typography, logos, and digital imagery—is the exclusive intellectual property of PM Couture / SRG Creations, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Designs Act, 2000, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

No individual or commercial party may reproduce, imitate, scrape, publicly display, or create derivative counterfeit replicas of our designs without prior written permission from PM Couture Atelier.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, PM Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, scheduled maintenance, or delays occasioned by Force Majeure events (including extreme weather calamities, state bandhs, civic strikes, or transport bottlenecks beyond our control).

In all events, the maximum aggregate financial liability of PM Couture shall be strictly capped at the actual invoice amount paid by you for the specific disputed product.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our services shall first be referred to our Concierge Grievance Team for amicable mediation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Siliguri / Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
