At PM Couture, we believe luxury should be an unencumbered experience from the atelier to your wardrobe. We provide 100% complimentary express shipping on all domestic couture orders across India, with zero hidden freight charges or doorstep surcharges.

We proudly service over 24,000+ postal pin codes spanning all Indian states and Union Territories, from major tier-1 metropolitan cities to remote artisanal districts.

2. Logistics Network & Real-Time Tracking

Our shipments are coordinated through Shiprocket, partnering exclusively with top-tier express courier networks including:

• BlueDart Express (Primary air express partner)
• Delhivery Surface & Express
• DTDC Premium Express
• XpressBees & Ecom Express

As soon as your parcel is packed and handed over to our carrier, an automated confirmation message containing your official Airway Bill (AWB) number and live tracking link is dispatched to your registered mobile number via SMS and WhatsApp.

3. Standard Timelines (Pret vs Bespoke Bridal)

Because our collections comprise both ready-to-ship pret and handcrafted made-to-order couture, please note the following production and transit schedules:

• Ready-to-Wear (Pret Sarees & Ready Ensembles):
  • Dispatched from Atelier: Within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Metropolitan Hubs (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities & Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.
• Bespoke Bridal Lehengas & Made-to-Measure Couture:
  • Artisanal Handcrafting Period: 3 to 5 weeks (involves master handloom weaving, zardozi embroidery, pattern drafting, and hand finishing).
  • Priority Air Transit: 24 to 48 hours via BlueDart Priority Air upon atelier completion.
  • Your dedicated bridal concierge provides weekly photographic progress updates throughout the crafting journey.

4. 100% Comprehensive Transit Insurance

Every shipment dispatched from our Bengal atelier is protected under full comprehensive transit insurance against loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery during carriage.

You are completely protected: in the highly improbable event that a package is lost or irreparably damaged in transit, PM Couture will immediately initiate a replacement or provide a 100% full refund without requiring you to engage with the courier provider.

5. Luxury Atelier Keepsake Packaging

To safeguard delicate heritage silks and metallic zari embroideries during transit:

• Every couture creation is wrapped in acid-free archival tissue paper to prevent fabric friction.
• Garments are encased inside breathable, moisture-resistant bespoke PM Couture garment bags.
• The entire ensemble is housed in our signature reinforced hard-box keepsake trunk sealed with tamper-evident security tape.

6. Delivery Verification & OTP Security

To ensure your valuable couture reaches only the intended recipient:

• High-value parcels and bridal orders require One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent directly to your registered mobile number at the moment of doorstep delivery.
• Please do not share this OTP with the courier executive until you have visually inspected the outer carton and verified that the tamper-evident seal is intact.
• If the outer box is significantly crushed, opened, or taped with non-standard courier tape, please refuse delivery and notify our concierge immediately.

7. Address Amendments & Undelivered Consignments

• Address Amendments: You may update your delivery address by contacting our concierge within twelve (12) hours of placing your order. Once an AWB number is generated, destination modifications may require 24 hours of rerouting by the carrier.
• Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning an undelivered parcel to our hub. The courier executive will call you prior to arrival.
• Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned due to incorrect contact information or repeated client unavailability, our concierge will contact you to coordinate re-dispatch.
